Sage 50 Manufacturing Controller incorporates a powerful Graphical Planner, powered by Preactor International. The Graphical Planner is a finite capacity graphical planning tool that enables you to calculate and run resource plans for all demands.
Different production plans can be produced and saved for the same set of demands, so you can assess the impact on resources, for example, if adding overtime or extra shifts. The software automatically sequences the production for every finished item.
Sage 50 Manufacturing Controller provides greater visibility of how to optimise production, letting you feel empowered to make changes for the better by using the ‘what if’ tool to see the impact of different scenarios.
Production can be scheduled backwards including lower level sub-assemblies from your due delivery date to caluclate a start date, saving you time and ensuring that you have sufficient time to organise resources and sub-assemblies.
Sage Shop Floor Data Collection is available as an optional module this allows you to capture data direct on the shop floor; for example, the movement of stock using either manual data entry or through barcode scanners.
